Devin Yaeger has the administrative skill and professional acumen one would expect of an up-and-coming UCLA law student. His business accomplishments are evident in his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine, which he earned with magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and Order of Merit honors.
Devin got into real estate on his own by buying and renting properties. From there, he branched out to helping friends with their real estate transactions, and his career as a Realtor® began to flourish. Now, he focuses on multifamily residences and other investment properties in Los Angeles.
“My philosophy is that I only sell properties that I would buy myself,” he says. “I treat my representation of friends and other clients as market research for my own investment decisions.” Devin enjoys closing deals and obtaining optimum results for his clients, who include first-time buyers, investors, recent college graduates, and first-generation homeowners. His expertise extends to advice on financing through innovative, niche products he’s able to suggest to his clients.
Devin devotes his spare time to serving his community, both locally and globally. He volunteers with Operation Progress, a nonprofit that encourages scholars and helps reduce gang violence in South LA, and is active in the Rohr Chabad at UC Irvine, which reintroduces Jewish students to their faith and heritage. He also runs a nonprofit in Uganda that provides after-school sports programs and free health clinics to underserved communities while managing investments in demonstration farms and exploring renewable energy solutions for rural communities.
